ENG: Alternative conflict resolution. What is it? How can you use it?

We were delighted to welcome stakeholders from our community to this seminar on alternative conflict resolution. Teachers, municipality outreach teams, police officers, and other stakeholders who regularly work with young people attended, as we demonstrated and discussed the content of the project.

The seminar was based around the following 3 questions:
  1. Why ADR?
  2. Can I be a mediator?
  3. What is it really about?

After an introduction to ADR and a brief account of the various forms of ADR, we move on to a few exercises from the handbook.
