First ADR Kit is all about youth and their competences. To help young people develop their skills in conflict resolution we have prepared and tested 12 innovative and interactive workshops that can be used in schools, camps or youth projects.

The meeting in Narvik is a transnational project meeting where coordinators evaluate the work we have done so far and plan further acivities.
From 13th to the 19th March 2017 the Italian NGO Vicolocorto hosted in Pesaro participants of “First ADR Kit” on the Seminar on ADR in Youth Work. Participants met 6 months after the first meeting and were developing their skills and working on workshops. From the beginning it was clear that they all wanted to challenge themselves and try to concretely create new tools in order to give back what they had learned.
In April 2016 our “First ADR Kit” strategic partnership journey began. Different representatives of 5 partners – Estonia, Italy, Norway, Poland and United Kingdom managed the first kick-off meeting of First ADR Kit strategic partnership. It was the first step of the long-term project that is going to last for 2 years, in which partner countries will develop new tools of teaching mediation in youth projects.
On 20 January 2017 Marzena Ples and Ufuk Bal, participants of FirstADRKit project, were speakers during the academic conference “Open Youth Work” in Vilnius. They have presented the concept of Altenrative Dispute Resolution in youth work and presented what the whole team have done so far in the project.
It’s already been a few months since we met in Worcester, United Kingdom, in October 2016. It’s time to look back now and see what happened and how our project evolved since then. Read about workshops, places that participants visited and people thet met.
